Bad Attitude

I have had my handset for 6 months from January and yesterday it just went off as i was charging it and will not switch on.<br> <br> I then took it to Cell C Woodmead as it is under warranty and i took it under contract. The consultant then took it to repairs and came back to say that it is damaged due to corrosion and i cannot get a replacement as per the manufacturer.<br> <br> i am now expected to pay for a phone monthly for the next 18 months that i do not use. I find this to be completely unfair and expect at least the same model so that i can have another phone to use. that's all im asking. Thats all i need. Please help this man in need. i need this device for my work and i means now that my performance is hindered due to this.<br> <br> Funny enough my Fiance has the same phone which we purchased a month apart and his stopped working literally 5 days before mine did. ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha aha ha ha
