Black Nompopi Online - Terrible, unprofessional and a ****!

Ntokozo, the woman running this business is very unprofessional and lacks client service s****s. I have ordered hair on the 15th of January and her business portfolio states that delivery takes 3-5 working days. It is now almost a month waiting for my order. I text her every week to ask about my order and all she says to me is "I am still waiting for your order details from dispatch". So for 4 weeks my hair still has not been dispatched.

Last week I asked for a refund and she refused saying my order has already been processed and I should wait for my order details. This morning again I text her, asking if I can come collect my order myself and she told me the same thing..."waiting for delivery details". I asked her for my order number so that I can track my order on Aramex and she has since ignored my message.

This feels like a **** and I don't want anyone else falling into my predicament. I am going to involve a legal attorney to deal with her! This is theft.
