i ordered hair from Black Nompopi Online on Friday the 6th of March 2020, i was asked to send my details which i did. on Monday the 9th of March i sent them a watsapp message to inquire how long it would take for my order to arrive. i was just blue ticked, no response. on the 10th of March i sent them a message asking for a refund and again no response. I have been ****med. they are always online but do not take the time to respond. these people are ******!
