Worst ISP!

WORST WORST WORST ISP I have ever delt with!!!!

The installed the fiber infrastructure in our area and no other ISP is allowed to use it. I am paying for 100MB line but constantly get less than 2mb and sometimes only 0.55mb. Also constant outages for days at end.

No feedback from customer services either.
