BITRIFIC, MORE LIKE BIT-PATHETIC!

This is easily the second worst internet service provider I had to deal with. They are never available and on days like these our wifi stops working and we have to wait until someone avails themselves to assist. We usually wait hours for a response and on weekends we have to wait until Mondays (whenever they decide to respond) before our problem can be sorted out.
