Bitconnect Service Experience
Been a customer with these guys for more than years now and the uptime, service and response time have always been brilliant. Lionel and team have really set the bar quite high other ISP's.

10/10 excellent service
These guys will go out of their way to provide you great service. They have had installers come out on sundays to install my fibre. I recently moved and had zero downtime when switching my line from the old premisis to the new. They have helped me with the rare tech support issue at midnight.

Simply the best.
I had connection issues with my router and ISP. They sent a team to come inspect if cant be resolved physically,the team arrived in less than 30min. The customer care was on point,they engaged in every step and updated on every step taken. When setting up the connection,they were patient and helped effortlessly and this has been so for over 3 years. Simply the best.
