Tevo Distributors of Bex Bissell provide no servic

Bex Bissell vacuum cleaner less than 2 months old went for service to Tevo Service Centre distributors of Bex Bissell. This vacuum was bought at GAME Machine returned after repair and one week later same fault. This was during the Christmas period so vacuum cleaner again returned 1st of February where I have had excuse after excuse that the management at the service office was dealing with this . Ten days later still nothing as the centre was doing stock take. Then I was told on 11th Feb by Farhaad Hoosen it would be resolved on the 11 Feb - 12th feb there was an upcoming strategy meeting and Corne the service manager could not give this his full attention - so in other words the customer does not count - I was then told I would get a new machine on 15th feb - it never happened instead old machine was offered back to me on the 16th feb which I refused . Shocking service and I will never buy or recommend a Bex Bissell vacuum cleaner or buy anything from Tevo distributors
