Tevo - Bissell = HORRIBLE SERVICE

<p>I ordered a Bissell aero vac from Bissell,Tevo. The unit arrived in a normal carton, not even the original packaging. The whole box was damaged and torn, as I opened the box while the courier was still here, we saw that the unit was damaged. I immediately phoned Tevo and told them what happened, even the courier spoke to them to confirm my story. I will never buy anything from them ever again, after numerous phone calls they don't get back to you and when they respond via email all they say is we apologise and will assure feedback shortly, it's been 7 days...still no feedback. Whether you spend R10 or R10000 you expect some sort of service..I'm rating your service 0!</p>
