PATHETIC DISGUSTING SERVICE FROM BIRCKENSTOCK SHOES

BIRCKENSTOCK Absolutely pathetic service. I have phone them 3 days running now waiting for someone to return my call as a I have a online query about stock availability. I want to order shoes but no one ever bothers to return a call and people answering phone don't have the capability or know how of answering customer queries DISGUSTING wish I dint need to buy these shoes at all but podiatrist prescribed thesse for me so I have no choice. Will NEVER recommend them
