No Refund

I never received my refund of R1200 for a pair of shoes I purchased and then returned as they did not fit. Customer service was kind, patient and understanding, but unfortunately I have lost a lot of money for no good reason, and therefore cannot give more than 1 star. This is a big sum of money for someone like me to lose, and I am deeply saddened.
