Ordered Birkenstocks online and want to exchange due to size variant. I’ve been calling the provided number for a week now, with no response. Visited the Menlyn branch with the hope of getting some assistance. Unfortunately I was utterly disappointed. It seems this provider is ill-equipped to provide customer service.
