NADEEM - ONE GOOD WORKER WHO KNOW ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE

I wrote a review about very bad service from this company. I wanted to add a satisfied review because NADEEM sorted it out for me. He was the initially order taker who I found very pleasant but obviously let down by his co-workers down the line. Bashafrica would do well to sort out their weak links and employ more people like NADEEM.
