Disappointed!!!!!

I order a pair of Birkenstocks on black friday, It unfortunately did not fit and so I returned them. From that time I received no communication and yesterday when I checked my online order staus, it showed unfulfilled. I called 30min ago, only to be told my order had been cancelled and that they no longer have the shoe I want and I wont be getting it either because its in high demand. I also can't get it because I bought it on sale and it is no longer that price. How is that my fault???? I did my part, I did everything correctly and they even reserved my exchange and now all of a sudden they don't have it. I will never purchase from Birkenstock or Bash again!!!! NO COMMUNICATION WAS MADE TO ME EITHER! After several emails!
