Birkinstock South Africa needs to close down NOW

Bought Boston Birkinstock on Cyber Monday 02 December 2024 and till now Friday 13th December 2024 I have not received my order, I’ve called three times and in one of those calls I was promised a call back within an hour of course that did not happen and they are apparently working on my order two weeks later still…I’m out of patience now I’ll be on your necks in all ways you can think of and judging by the reviews you guys don’t seem to learn your still doing it offering **** service in 2024 I mean how long does it take to pack a pair of shoes to be shipped out by such a brand like birkingstock?
