worst customer service EVER

these guys are easy to cut of your wifi signal if your one day late on payment (which is fair) but if you complain about poor signal and no internet access they are no longer interrested in doing their jobs. i have been complaining for more than a month now and all the do is make empty promises to come and fix the problem.This is an excelent service provider its just a pitty that the service from the tech department is non existant.......
