You can't ask a customer to pay more for a product they have already paid for.

If I could give no stars I would. I purchased a blender on the 15th of July 2020 on the Binuns website for what I thought was a sale price. It was R1.98 and I paid R70 for delivery. On the 16th of July 2020, I received an email saying that there was a glitch on the website causing the wrong price to be shown. They requested that I either get a refund or I should pay the difference. Since I had paid and received confirmation of payment already, I rep**** saying that I would like them to honour the deal. A lady then phoned me (also on the 16th) to say that they won't be able to let me have the blender at that price because it's supposed to be R1989. She said this was not the first time the glitch had happened. I reiterated that the fact is I had paid and received confirmation of payment. She then said this was not a confirmation of and said they would refund me. She questioned my honesty and integrity. I said fine to the refund because I honestly don't want to deal with a company who doesn't honour a sales agreement and who disrespect their customers. How about their integrity?
