I have been having a frustrating experience with a Smeg product I bought at BINUNS online , the product ws disfunctional from day one🤨 After poor handling by Smeg’s own team, I nearly lost faith in Binuns. However, Natasha❤️ from Binuns Menlyn Pretoria completely turned the situation around. Even though she was busy with warehouse and stock taking duties when I arrived at the store on 02 July 2026, she immediately stopped what she was doing and attended to me in a professional, warm, and efficient manner. She followed up properly and ensured my complaint was resolved with a full refund. Thanks to her efforts, I am now a happy, loyal customer again and will definitely be returning for future big purchases. Natasha ❤️showed real care and professionalism. Binuns is lucky to have her. Highly recommended🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟❤️

Wosrt online store
Everytime I order from Binuns there is always an issue. Either no stock or still waiting for stock even though it shows "in stock" on line. Now after waiting for the stock I get an email saying "it seems you have not paid for the order" which I did. I called and they simply say please ignore the email. Dear Binuns I dont think you should be playing in the online store game.
