Great customer experience during first-time online buy

What great service! Errol from Binuns managed my expectations by calling me explaining the product I ordered that in stock was the last one and had a small scratch. He stated that he could not send the product as is without offering a 10% discount, or ordering new stock without any scratches which would take 4 business days. When I received my parcel, which only took 2-3days, it was packed in a way showing great attention to detail; very careful and precise. It was even wrapped! These guys know customer service. They are awesome. I will definitely recommend them and shop from them again!
