Fed up

Bought a gas hob off of Takealot, Binus Menlyn was the supplier. The stove did not work out the box, it has been 2 months of back and forth, I have been requested to present photographic evidence of the stove's condition and been accused of improperly installing the stove and simple carelessness even after informing them multiple times that the stove has not been installed. If given then opportunity again I would rather cook outside in an open pit than work with Binus ever again
