Ordered a product from Binuns online. Was informed that stock no longer available and that I will be refunded. Wrong amount refunded back to my account. Spoke to 'Dumi' at Binuns. Was informed that according to him, I was refunded in full. Explained that is was not the case. He said to investigate and come back to me. I expected a long drawn out battle. However, within minutes Dumi phoned me back. Informed me that it was indeed the wrong anount and that the balance will be refunded in about 7 days. Within 2 days the money was in my account. Excellent service. Will do business with them again in a heartbeat.
