Delayed delivery and false advertising

Worst experience ever,I ordered online on the 26th of December 2022 I still haven't received my order and it's almost mid month of January2023,no communication from them unless I make means to phone and find out what's going on ,only to hear pathetic excuses about drivers being at Johannesburg for what ever reasons....
