I actually can't give them a star. The say they are a bitcoin trading company. But all they do is taking your money even for withdrawals. There support staff just try and justify everything.

Bad company, I don't think they are legal. When you want to withdrew they want all your banking details. They even want you to unlink your devices so that they can get full control.
