Binary Means managed our website for us since 2013. The first few months were for free as they were a start up and so were we. We insisted on starting to pay for services once we were up and running and have been doing so ever since. The unfortunate side of this lovely story is that Binary Means never updated our website template, security or plugins. The result was a spectacular collapse of our website, viruses aplenty and several hacks with re-directions to **** sites. When we took Binary Means up on this, we received very lame excuses, fabricated "evidence" of his attempts to rectify it and lies. We have asked for 2 years worth of fees paid back to us to set up a new and secure website. Of course this has not happened. We did get an offer of a new website built at no cost, but if I could not trust a dude to maintain our website when being paid for it, should we trust him building a new site for free? I think not! Once bitten, twice shy. We learn from our mistakes. As a small NGO with an even smaller budget, we have to.
