Useless support

My Binance Account was hacked and thousands of rands was ****** I then gave them details of hacker because I knew who he was, but up until today nothing has been done. Because I was scared that the hacker might access my account I asked them to lock it, now they don't want to unlock my Account, they are busy asking for stupid evidence. Their technical support is very useless
