Unfreeze my assets

Binance has the worst service,not trustworthy at all. I did a P2P trade of 15000,i got my USDT after paying the seller.this happened last month. This month after about a week of the successful trade,i tried to withdraw the coins i have been buying and to my surprise my account was suspended. I enquired and was told the seller is the 1 that later disputed my order just because I bought with 15000 from capitec. The seller disputed everybody that bought with 15000 from capitec claiming each of us went to reverse funds from his bank account. I didn't report him,i later found out when the police called me to testify against him that the are more than 3 people facing the same problem.

Binance says i must get the sellers account unlocked,how will i get it unlocked when im not the 1 that got it blocked from the start? If you want the best just make sure to never use binance coz they will **** you your hard earned money while claiming to understand
