Stay Away

I am a first time user I made a human error on an order then buyer canceled it I appealed added my proof of payment not just 1 but 2 and it is in the buyers favor absolutely ridiculous. I will be taking to social media as well as spreading the word this is absolutely nonsense. I am a business owner trying to assist someone with a stupid *** for their game. I was going to trade in the market but after this experience I would rather go elsewhere. While the appeal was happening I was sound asleep in my bed how am I supposed to answer them this is ridiculous
