Regarding my Binance

My Binance account has been on hold for over 2 months now reason been I bought usdt from someone offline.... I noticed that my Binance was on hold I wrote support they asked about the transaction and my chat with the seller I have given them everything both my statement of account they saw that I have paid this person but refused to investigate nor release my Binance 2 month now.
