Open my P2P function

So I was using the P2P function to purchase usdt i paid the client and he finally released the usdt . The following day the same client wrote to me saying that his account has been blocked because of the money he received from me, he then reported me to be Binance then my P2P function was suspended I then wrote to support to address the issue they said that I must talk to him so that they will open my P2P I did talk to him and then I send them a screenshot they said that they can't help me unless I talk to that person and he's now not responding to my messages I even try sending emails this was around August I still can't use the P2P function
