No ZAR. ZAR stuck in Binance. Poor customer service.

I have been trying to get my ZAR from Binance for 2 months now with no success. I know they no longer deal with ZAR but it was a sale P2P. Am I supposed to write off R4500 because they suddenly decided to no longer deal in ZAR? Why did they allow the ZAR deal to go through if they were not prepared to give me my money?
