LOSS OF FUNDS

If I could give a zero rating I would, I really don't know where to start, I've being trying to get hold of the support team for almost 2 weeks.

I used the QR code from they system and it generated a different number which I was not aware of( that's why we use the QR code to prevent errors such as this) my fund was sent to another Binance account, I was told by support team if I don't have proof he cant take it further nor did he look into it.

My funds were found however they can't give it back to me unless they are given permission from the account holder, I spoke to numerous consultants and was told that Binance has access to all the BNB account(such as a bank does).

On top of this, my Binance coin was also sent to a random binance address which they dont hold.

Worst platform ever
