Binance poor service

Hallopeter I'm trying to move my cryptocurrency from Binance to Luno no success. That was on 28 May 2021. Try to contact Binance no reply As from this morning can't get into my account. Message upgrade and when I go to upgrade noting happening just try again. All I want is my money out of Binance but now luck or customer service Regards Louis
