Binance and standard bank restricted my funds

They froze my funds and this is what message they keep on sending to me "As per guidance from the relevant team, you can contact the standard bank and ask help you solve the report regarding to the transaction ***" and when I ask for help on standard bank they said they know nothing about this, please help me I can't lose my funds whole R21336
