Binance account temporary suspended

I am so angry binance decided to temporarily suspend my account because of Tymebank now they want me to provide letters I don't know off whilst I received the money from my Capitec to Tymebank I am so mad I experienced bad things with this app I don't think I want to use it again because even their customer service it's very poor .
