Complaint Regarding Poor Service and Food Quality on Mother’s Day

I hope you are well. I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding the extremely poor experience my group of 17 people had at your restaurant on Mother’s Day. Gold Reef City Billy G

Unfortunately, the food and service were very disappointing: * The beef stew was not properly cooked. * The oxtail had a very unpleasant smell and tasted as though the meat was old. * The chicken was dry and had no taste. * The meat overall was not well cooked and had a funny smell. * Two members of our group became sick and vomited after eating. * For a table of 17 people, we were only given one jar of water. * The service from the staff was very poor throughout our visit. This experience was unacceptable, especially for an occasion meant to celebrate Mother’s Day. We paid expecting quality food, good service, and the “special” experience we were told about, but unfortunately none of this was delivered.
