I was not happy with the first person I spoke to then I asked him to get me someone else to speak with then I got Moekeletsi who gave me excellent service. He then transfered my other enquiries to John who was also excellent with delivering his services and he communicated well to a point of when he didn't understand something he referred me to get more information from underwriting where I spoke to Portia who also was very kind and knowledgeable of the problem I had.
