Wide Trench at my front gate collapsed miserably cause of poor workmanship!!!!

These guys were contracted to lay Fibre in Parow Valley, Cape Town. They dug up the municipal ground in front of our driveway literally 30cm away from our front gate. The trench they dug was quite wide & as soon as I reversed my car out of the driveway, a huge cement slab gave way & sunk into the whole. Thereafter, I approached the workers to fix this, instead they defended their work as right by putting the blame on me for collapsing the trench with my car. They decided to put two steel plates across the trench for my car’s wheels to reverse over, but these steel plates weren’t level & as it’s badly bent which didn’t resolve the issue of crossing the trench! I suggested to put the big cement slabs they dug up elsewhere across the trench, but I was met with extreme hostility! The saddest part was when they said the City of Cape Town Municipality will lay Tar when they done & we all know our Municipalities fails us badly & they’ll will take forever lay Tar! PLEASE BE AWARE OF THE POOR WORKMANSHIP OF BILIONETWORKS!!!!!
