Bilionetworks - damaged the power cables when laying fibre

Bilionetworks were setting up the fibre network in the area (Rylands estate, Cape Town). In January 2020, they dug up the pavement opposite my house, in this process they damaged power cables which caused power to my house to be cut off. Some damages to me are food in the refrigerator being spoilt, gate motor damaged and non-functional. I have called them and sent them many emails and raised the issues, but they are not taking accountability/responsibility for the damages caused by their workforce.
