WARNING TO ALL Cyclists about BikeInn - Don't waste your money on a "deal"

<p>I placed my order for a Met Rivalle bicycle helmet on the 26th April, with www.BikeInn.com.</p> <p>The expected delivery was 5 May.</p> <p> </p> <p>After continously trying to get a hold of them (email, website chat...etc).</p> <p>I was met with a response today - 15 May.</p> <p>Bear in mind that it was me who tried to contact them again and period being OVER 18 days later.</p> <p> </p> <p>Firstly, You can rest assured they do not reply to any emails... </p> <p>- I emailed them on the 28th and used website form last week.</p> <p> </p> <p>2ndly, when they did respond... (18 days later through my endevear)</p> <p>the notification i received was to contact customs and give them my reference number.</p> <p> </p> <p>Really...?I ordered from your website and yet it now is my duty to follow up with this?</p> <p> </p> <p>My advice, is to unsubscribe from such places that CANNOT deliver on ANY of thier so called promises.</p> <p>ie: Answering Mails, Getting your order delivered within specified times...</p> <p> </p> <p>Rather pay the few hundred extra from your local cycle shop.</p> <p> </p>
