Products dont arrive
This is the worst company to buy from, no assistance fromcustomer service. Waiting 6 weeks for a parcel since it arrived in South Africa. Customer service just shy away and will not refund package, just tell you it takes someone long and they have no control over customs. Will never buy from this company ever again and recommend that you do the same. They use the post office, a broken system already.

Poor service - Still waiting on delivery.
Still waiting for an item that was ordered in January. After my first enquiry regarding the order, I was told that the item had been sent back to storage. Do not know why. Two weeks later I enquired again and was informed that the part was on its way and would be delivered within 24–48 hours. Two weeks later, there is still no delivery and no proper feedback. Very disappointing service and communication. Based on this experience, I will not support them again.
