Totally unreliable

Ordered a bike saddle. BikeInn said the saddle was delivered. The Track&Trace site kept saying "package is expected". When I asked BikeInn for an explanation, they would start an investigation with the carrier. After some time I contacted the carrier myself, they said BikeInn never contacted them. After I started a claim with Paypal, I suddenly received an email, mentioning that the package could not be delivered due to a wrong address. Nonsense, the address was correct. BikeInn just never sent anything. In the end I got my money back via Paypal. Never order at BikeInn, they cannot be trusted.
