********** 2 Be very careful on choosing a bike transport bag from BikeInn.com We chose a bag and watched the associated video very carefully, we ordered 2 such bags and received much lower scale bags from BikeInn.com. When we complained, they responded that the video is a generic video demonstrating another bag version 3.0 which is very hard to find on their web site and cost pc 5 ½ times the price of the bag listed which we purchased. We demanded a return authorization, they gave us an RMA as long as we paid the transportation charges going back to them. After we escalated the issue, BikeInn.com (TradeInn Retail Services) accepted we ship the return at their transportation costs. BikeInn.com then reimbursed the cost of the bags only. We were left with the cost of the original transportation charge of $75.46 CND and the additional Canadian duties of $27.25 CND paid which BikeInn.com refused to credit back. That represents 19% of the transaction’s cost. Different countries might have different Customer Protection laws, but I can tell you that in Quebec, Canada, if you represent products in the same manner as you site does, the company would be contravening effective laws. To ensure that I was not the one misreading their web site for the product we viewed and purchased and their associated video, I showed their web site versus the products we received to 8 Quebec enthusiastic bikers. All 100% of them agreed that the video is misrepresenting the products BikeInn.com shipped. Peter
