Don't buy there

Disgusting store in principle. I made an order at bikeinn for ~ $ 50 with delivery. On the same day, while I was sleeping, my order was somehow incomprehensibly canceled without explanation. The cancellation letter states that order # ***5 was canceled "at my request", although I did not. When trying to solve a problem through technical support, there is no answer for two days after the request, but the status of the request was changed to "resolved". The money was not returned.
