Bikeinn service

I have been trying to buy a product from bikeinn. Com

When I search for the product I am interested in it shows that it is available at bikein, but when I try to order on their website it is not available. I tried contacting them (email, phone, chatbot) without any joy. When trying to call them the 1 phone number they have is ALWAYS busy so that's useless. I tried to email them, but I am refered back to their web site's "contact us" and the runaround goes on and on.

So so sad about this bad encounter but it is what it is BAD SERVICE
