Bikeinn Com video of product NOT FOR THE PRODUCT SHIPPED... We clicked on an item at www.bikeinn.com and it directed us to a fully detailed video of what appeared to be the product we would receive. Unfortunately bikeinn Com sent a much lower rated product, a low end of the family of bike transport bag. After complaining to their Customer Service, they advised that all their products link up to a video that is not directly representing the product clicked on. This is very deceiving as well as not appreciated as bikeinn.com will accept the return only if we ship it back at our own cost. I will be writing back to them to escalate my complaint. Very deceiving.
