AVOID AT ALL TIMES

Pity I didn't think to look here before purchasing an item from BikeInn. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. 2.5-months and no purchase received. Now the passing the buck starts with tracking numbers. All for me to do. Don't even bother venting on Facebook because all posts are reviewed.... so my vent won't be visible. When I asked for a credit it was ignored. ********! Impossible to get an answer from anyone as you have to work through a FAQ list, no option for an 'other' query. Only managed to get a response via Facebook messaging. JUST STAY AWAY.
