At 3% with a cap at R950, we feel the fee is fair given the overall value we offer in providing the advertising platform, connecting with a buyer, and facilitating secure payment. That said, we’re always looking for ways to reduce costs and improve efficiencies. Currently, at a 1% fee, the service would unfortunately not cover the costs of operating the service.
