Bike Hub Pay gave me a great sense of security for my online transactions especially as a buyer. They held on to the funds until I had received and inspected the goods. The downside is the high administrative costs. On my last purchase, I paid 2.71% of the purchase price so that the seller could receive the offer amount, then a further 3% transaction fee to pay with a card. Otherwise easy to use.
