First time I have dealt with them. Getting back into cycling after 12 years. Sales staff were super helpful (and patient with me with all my questions LOL). Ordered a bike and some accessories, got it shipped to JHB. It arrived well packaged, and in 2 days! A small but significant details was the little "Thank You" gift they threw in. Service like this I have not experienced in a long time. Well done to the whole team!
