Slow Online Process

Warren was more than helpful and very pleasant to deal with although the system he's been given to work with needs to be updated. From ordering my goods online to delivery takes far too long with far too much human interaction, keeping Warren too busy to deal with everything timeously. This system needs to be automated to be considered an online purchase platform.
