Shimano Shoe warranty

Full marks to Bike Addict, when I asked about an issue with a pair of Shimano shoes they quickly made contact with Shimano and a warranty replacement was arranged. The team at Bike Addict and Shimano made the whole process very easy and I'll gladly recommend anyone looking for cycling equipment to use Bike Addict!
